The transnational meeting of the "DIGIAGRIMARK" project took place online

Within the scope of ERASMUS+ Program, Main Action 2-2020 Adult Education Strategic Partnerships, The online transnational project meeting of the Safe Digital Marketing for Agripreneurs (DIGIAGRIMARK) Project, Supported by Center for EU Education and Youth Programs - Turkish National Agency, was held on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 under the moderation of the Aydın Governorship, the project coordinator.



A total of 20 people from Aydın Governorship (EU and Foreign Relations Office) (Project Coordinator), Aydın Adnan Menderes University (Faculty of Education), Aydın Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, Söke Agricultural Production Enterprise Agricultural Extension & In-Service Training Center, Social Impact and Innovative Education Association (SOYED), Entrepreneurship Development Institute (IED) (Greece), European Grants International Academy SRL (EGInA) (Italy), and Baldaque & Alves da Silva, Lda (NEWTIE) (Portugal) and Inercia Digital SL (Spain) attended to the transnational project meeting that had to be held online due to the Covid Pandemic.


The online meeting, held according to the program, was organized in two parts:

The first part of the meeting started with an overview of the project. The project activities, timeline and work plans were reviewed. Transnational Project Meetings, Learning/Teaching/Training Activity, Intellectual Outputs and Multiplier Events were evaluated.


The management of the project, the points that all project partners should pay attention to, the budget usage documentation and required documents were reminded.

Communication Strategy and Plan, and Project Management File, which are necessary for increasing quality of the Project Implementation, were examined. Dissemination Strategy & Plan prepared for the extension, dissemination and exploitation of the project, and visibility activities, dissemination tools, templates to be used, visibility rules and task distributions were reviewed.



Intellectual Outputs of the project (1-Curriculum/ Course Development for Digital Marketing and Digital Safety and Security for Agripreneurs, 2-E-Learning Platform, Modules and Training/Learning Materials for Digital Marketing and Digital Safety and Security for Agripreneurs, 3-Agripreneur's Safe Digital Marketing Guidebook and Toolbox for Safe Digital Marketing Strategy for Agripreneurs) were overviewed. The key points, tasks, timeline, tasks and responsibilities of the project partners were evaluated.

The studies to be carried out within the scope of the Curriculum/Course Development for Digital Marketing and Digital Safety and Security for Agripreneurs, which is the first output of the project, the preparations made, the content planning of the curriculum, the template prepared for the current situation analysis, the questionnaire form prepared for the needs analysis were discussed..


The project, which aims to increase the economic and environmental sustainability of the agricultural sector and contribute to digitalization in agriculture by improving the farmers' digital marketing skills with digital safety & security, will be implemented for two years in cities of nine project partners from Turkey and four European Union countries.
